About Norm
Why Norm
I'm Norm Smith, a Navy veteran with a background in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting. I've also owned and maintained a rental property, so I understand the small repairs and punch lists that come with tenants moving in and out.
How to Request Help
Send your task list, photos, property city or ZIP code, desired timing and the best person to contact. I'll review the complete job and confirm the scope, quote and availability before scheduling. Access arrangements and any tenant coordination are agreed in advance. Larger renovations and licensed-trade work are outside this offer.
